Mini album using envelopes

Hi all,

It's blustery in mighty blighty. So all tied up indoors. Thought will try my hands on a mini album using envelopes. It's my first try on something like this. I usually use readily available albums and then decorate the pages. Really chuffed on the outcome. Yet to decorate but couldn't resist posting. I have used the mini money envelopes and have made the cover using heavy weight chipboard and the pages are tied to the cover using some strings. i shall however glue it down for more sturdiness when i decorate. Here you go.....

Hi Everyone,

At last i have come up with a name, created the blog format i like and opened my folksy shop. What better way to start the blog than by sharing the babyboy album i have created for my folksy shop. I was inspired by my daughters album that i created for her nursery. I have used lots of techniques on this album. The front and back covers are created by die cutting light weight chipboard card using tim holtz on the edge pennants die. I have used loads of sizzix dies, some random stamps, embossed using sizzix folders and have also done some inking techniques. I hope this album brings some joy to anyone filling them with lasting memories. Thanks for taking the time to see my album and welcome any comments....
